Picking a custom tee shop
The homepage is a merch-style reprint of one Google search. Use it as a shortlist, not a trophy case.
Start with the card, not the slogan
Each drop card copies what Maps showed on September 11, 2026: category, address or service area, phone, a close time or weekday window when one was published, and the same Call / Directions / Website actions. That is enough to see who is actually in Lubbock and who answers a number. It is not a ranking of print quality.
Read the count next to the stars
Print Hybrid’s 5.0 sits on 27 reviews. California T’s is 4.5 on 137. Legacy Threads is 5.0 on 7. JOHNNY VELVET TEES is 4.8 on 34. Good Idea Shirts has no public star rating — we do not invent one. Local Legends Print Factory’s 5.0 on 282 and Custom T’s Factory’s 4.6 on 140 sit on extra directory cards, not the pack. A high decimal on a small sample moves when a few friends — or a few bad days — post at once. Treat 4.5-plus as “people keep going back,” not as a sort key.
Hours are a snapshot
Legacy Threads published no hours — we left that blank. Custom T’s Factory’s extra card only listed a close time of 8 PM — no weekly grid. Good Idea Shirts is a service-area shop with a weekday window and no public storefront. The others typically show weekday windows and closed weekends. Those hours are as of Sep 2026. Call before you drive a stack of art across town.
Three questions the card will not answer
Ask where the shirts are printed (that building or a broker), what the minimum is for your method, and when the job actually leaves if you approve art on a Thursday. Then use Call or Website on the card you still like.
